Quake is the 1996 first person shooter from iD Software. A technological marvel at the time, since everything was completely 3D, the environment, the enemies, guns. NiN made the soundtrack, and it had solid multiplayer too. In fact I bet most of us remembers the game for the multiplayer more. It spawned the game modes like Capture the Flag and Team Fortress. Quake is undoubtle belongs to the computer history museum.

How to play Quake Epsilon on Arch Linux?

At first it's hard to start the game, since it needs dependencies, but the script only knows Debian/Ubuntu language.

  1. You need some dependencies to install, namely the libxxf86dga and linjpeg6-turbo packages. libpng14

Hosted on Neocities and created with Emacs, the world best text editor, operating system. This website doesn't track you. I don't use any javascript or other scripts.
