I am doing yoga, yay!

Date: 2022-02-12

I am doing yoga for almost a week now (tomorrow will be my 7th day), and I enjoy almost every minute of it. I say almost because some of the movements are of course kicking my butt (or leg or arm), but it's so satisfying to do it. After the first two days, I just happy to start my day with yoga.

How did I start?

I didn't really plan this, although I would say that I was inspired by one streamer, who is often doing yoga on stream.

Last week I did a quick search on youtube, and found the channel "Yoga with Adrianne", 43 million view on one video, sure mean something.

I started the next day, - this Monday - without watching the video first. I wanted to be this a first time experience, and by the end of it I was smiling, tired. It was so good. I never did yoga before.

Adrianne is a very kind person, she is a very good teacher, easy to learn to do different things. She many times gives alternatives for certain moves, so everybody can do it.

After the second day (did the same), and I found a video series of hers, 30 days of yoga, and today was day 4 for me.

Yoga has so much variety, that during these 4 days I always met some new movement, or a variety of an existing one.

I am always doing it in the morning, because that's when I have the most energy.
